Justin Bieber Antes Up $30K for Nashville Flood Relief

Justin Bieber is giving Nashville residents a reason to smile.

On Wednesday the planet’s cutest pop star made a swing through the Music City to perform a sold out show in Bridgestone Arena as part of his “My World Tour. A percentage of the ticket sales were donated by Justin to flood relief.

You can count on Bieber to make life better.

The singer of “Baby” tweeted, for every ticket we sold 2nite we gave $1.06 for Flood Relief in Tennessee. We raised $32,690 thanks to all of you 2nite.

Also Bieber gave a “shout out” for i106 Hits, a local radio stations, which teamed with Justin’s camp to help make their gift possible.

The proceeds all went to Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a nonprofit group that is helping to support recovery efforts as well as restoration of the areas that were affected by devastating floods in May that hit Nashville. Twenty people were killed and the city suffered over $2 billion worth of damage, including Grand Ole Opry House.
